You may have heard of Juice Fast from a friend. You might have watched Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. You maybe planning to go one. You might have done one and failed. If any of this sounds like you and if you are looking to try it again but without the trauma of not eating ANYTHING, you could perhaps try what I did. If you are looking to lose weight the healthy way without the gazillion cravings that dance ballet and jazz inside your head, I have shared my experience with you here. I am documenting my progress for everyone who wishes to see. Diet coupled with moderate exercise will give you the results you desire and keep you fit and healthy. This diet is not be tried for a long period of time. Do it when you think your body needs to cleanse/ detox itself an reset your health levels. Please do not go on any diet or fast without consultation with your physician or health practitioner. What works for one may not work for another.
